    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on our website's tracking page to see the current location of your package. If your order is significantly delayed or the tracking information hasn't updated in several days, please contact our customer support team with your order number, and we'll investigate the issue for you.

     

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Delivery services are typically not available on major public holidays. While we continue processing orders in our warehouse, courier services usually suspend deliveries on national holidays. Orders placed just before a holiday may experience slight delays. We recommend checking our delivery schedule or holiday calendar on the website for specific dates when deliveries may be affected. Standard delivery times resume on the next business day following the holiday.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    We deliver to most postcodes across the country. To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your postcode during checkout, and the system will automatically verify coverage and show available delivery options. If your postcode is outside our standard delivery zone, you'll be notified during the ordering process. For remote or regional areas, delivery times may be extended, and additional shipping charges may apply.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Next-day delivery is available on selected products and depends on several factors including your location, the size of your order, and the time you place it. Orders must typically be placed before our cut-off time (usually 2 PM on business days) to qualify for next-day delivery. Some items, particularly large or made-to-order products, may not be eligible. You'll see next-day delivery as an option during checkout if it's available for your order. Additional charges may apply for this express service.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Signature requirements depend on the value and type of items in your order. High-value orders typically require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. For standard orders, our courier may leave the package in a safe place at your property if you're not home, or with a trusted neighbor. You can usually specify delivery preferences during checkout or leave instructions for the driver. If a signature is required and you're unavailable, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
